Born in Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua, in 1929. A landscape painter: the works securely known are oils dated between 1969 and 1986, among them lake views and views of the Pico de Orizaba, recorded at auction by Morton. The remaining accounts of his training and prizes could not be confirmed in institutional sources, and the gallery prefers not to treat them as established until a source supports them.
