Born in 1985 in Teococuilco de Marcos Pérez, in the Sierra Norte of Oaxaca; he is Zapotec. He trained mainly in workshops, alongside Alejandro Santiago, Maximino Javier, Rosendo Pinacho, Emiliano López, Armando Guerrero and Amador Montes, and studied restoration for three years. He works in printmaking, ceramics, bronze, metal, acrylic and resin. In 2022 he took part in Madrid’s Independent Art Fair, and he has exhibited at the Museo del Palacio de Gobierno in Oaxaca, the San Lázaro legislative palace, the Mexican Consulate in Phoenix and the Mexican embassies in Japan and Germany. In 2026 he is showing a hundred ceramic pieces at the Museo Internacional del Barroco in Puebla and the installation «Dependencia» at the Museo Universitario de Arte Contemporáneo Indígena in Cuernavaca.
